Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is designed to remove excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. Eyelid lift can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below the eyes. Each eyelid lift procedure usually takes about 1 hour and can be performed in the office using local anesthesia.
-
A forehead lift or “browlift” is used to correct a drooping browline (eyebrow area) reducing the horizontal lines and furrows (worry lines) that often make a person appear angry, sad or tired. The procedure creates a refreshed, youthful appearance to the forehead area above the eyes. Muscles and tissue that droop or crease are removed or corrected to smooth the skin on the forehead, reducing frown lines and raising the eyebrows.
Dr. Adam performs both traditional and endoscopic browlifts, and talks with each patient before surgery to determine the most appropriate method

FaceTite is an exciting breakthrough in the realm of cosmetic procedures, as it’s a newer technology that harnesses the power of radiofrequency to reshape tissues, rejuvenate skin, and refine facial contours. Many women want larger, shapelier breasts. The best way to achieve this is through breast augmentation. Dr. Adam will make a small incision under the breast and place the implant underneath the muscle of the chest wall to enlarge and change the shape of the breast.
After surgery, the breasts will appear fuller and more shapely. There is minimal scarring and the result will be a very natural looking breast.
Breast Implant Size
Choosing the right size implant is generally the most important decision a woman and her surgeon will make. Dr. Adam will evaluate your existing breast tissue to determine if you have enough tissue to accommodate the desired size of the breast implant. Being realistic and following your doctor’s recommendations is very essential for the best result possible.

Over time, the effects of gravity and the loss of the skin’s natural elasticity begin to have an effect on the appearance of a woman’s breasts. These factors, combined with pregnancies and nursing, often cause the breasts to lose their youthful shape and firmness. A breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. The procedure can also reduce the size of the areola (the darker skin surrounding the nipple). Breast implants inserted in conjunction with a mastopexy can increase both firmness and size.
-
Large breasts can draw undue attention and unwanted comments. Their excessive weight can also cause complications such as problems with posture, skeletal deformities, back and neck pain, skin irritations and breathing problems. Bra straps often leave indentations in the shoulder area. Breast reduction removes fat, glandular tissue, and excessive skin, resulting in smaller, lighter and firmer breasts that are better-shaped in proportion to rest of the body.

Liposuction is a technique where fat cells are removed from beneath the skin surface to create a contour change. Liposuction has undergone a tremendous evolution over the past several decades and has become one of the most commonly performed operations for women and men. Liposuction is intended to provide a permanent improvement to the contour and proportion of the treated areas and to offer you a more flattering figure or physique – in or out of clothing.
During the liposuction procedure small suction tubes (cannulas) are inserted through very short incisions placed in inconspicuous locations near the fat deposits, and excess fat is removed.
-
Generally referred to as a “tummy tuck,” abdominoplasty removes excess fat and skin from the abdomen. The procedure also helps to flatten the abdomen by tightening the surrounding muscles. Women with stretched abdominal areas due to previous pregnancies can benefit considerably from abdominoplasty, although they should have completed their childbearing. Older individuals whose skin has lost some of its elasticity and are slightly obese can experience an improvement in their abdominal area.
If you are in generally good physical shape but are concerned about abdominal fat deposits or loose skin that does not respond to diet and exercise, the tummy tuck procedure can potentially reduce or even eliminate a protruding abdomen. Abdominoplasty can produce a permanent scar which can possibly extend to both sides of your hips, although the scar will likely be located below the bikini or bathing suit line.
-
A Brazilian buttock fat transfer, also known as a “Brazilian Butt Lift,” enhances and reshapes the buttocks. After using liposuction to remove fat from the hips, lower back, or belly, Dr. Adam carefully transfers the fat to the buttocks, sculpting a rounder, better defined contour. Because your own fat is used, the results look and feel completely natural and should last for many years.
